Selected work
Three of my own products, designed and built from the ground up. Different audiences, the same care for the details.
A website introducing QR emergency-contact tags, explaining how they work and helping visitors explore the product.
A software website that turns a technical offering into a clear story, with an interactive demonstration and a structured product overview.
A game companion bringing draft tools, hero information and interactive 3D content together in one organised experience.
These are independently built, owned projects, not commissioned client websites.

From first conversation to live site
You’ll work with me, Jack Harvard, throughout. We agree what’s being built before any work begins.
Tell me what you do, who you help and what your current website is missing. We agree the pages, content, price and timing in writing.
Once the deposit and content are ready, I build your site. You review it privately and send your feedback in two agreed revision rounds.
We check the pages, links and enquiry form. After your approval and final payment, your site goes live and you receive the agreed handover.
A direct working relationship
I’m Jack, the builder behind LayerOps. I design and develop websites and digital products, and I’m bringing that experience to independent businesses across Gloucestershire.
You get a named person to speak to, an honest scope and a website built around what your customers need to know.

Your domain should stay in your own account. After full payment, you receive the website source and the agreed rights to the work, subject to third-party licences. Hosting is arranged to be transferable, and the handover is agreed in your proposal.
No. The £39 monthly plan is optional. We can agree hosting and handover without ongoing care. Domain renewals, any hosting charges and third-party subscriptions are set out separately, so you know what continues after launch.
Yes. Send me the link and tell me what you’d like to improve. We’ll agree whether a replacement or a more focused change makes sense, and plan for useful existing content and links before changing anything.
Your page list, accurate service details, service area, contact information, and any photos or branding you have permission to use. You’ll also nominate one person to approve the work and provide consolidated feedback.
A smaller one-page website is available from £500, with one revision round and a separately agreed scope. Email me about your business and we can work out what it actually needs.
We can discuss them, but ecommerce, bespoke booking, accounts and integrations aren’t part of the standard £1,000 scope. A simple link to your existing booking service may be all you need; more involved work is quoted separately.
